ClayHouseOffice provides members with access to purchase apparel, printing services, startup packages, and digital lookbooks. Each member must provide all equipment necessary for their own internet connection and pay any fees related to such connection.
ClayHouseOffice makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or results of this site in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. ClayHouseOffice shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of the site and disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
ClayHouseOffice shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the site or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if ClayHouseOffice has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold ClayHouseOffice, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any law.
ClayHouseOffice reserves the right to modify or discontinue the site with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise this right. You acknowledge that ClayHouseOffice does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the site.
While ClayHouseOffice makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability information on the site are accurate, we can make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices on the site are in South African Rands (ZAR). Customers are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If a payment method fails, ClayHouseOffice may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms.
You assume all knowledge of applicable law and are responsible for compliance with such laws. You may not use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Your continued use of the website constitutes consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. In the event of a dispute you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa (Western Cape Division, Cape Town). Nothing in these Terms limits your right to approach any court, tribunal, or forum of competent jurisdiction in terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
All images on the site are either owned or licensed by ClayHouseOffice and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product subject to the terms below.
You may return an unwanted product at no charge, provided:
Once we have inspected and validated your return, we will credit your account or refund you within 8 days. Refunds can take 5–10 working days to reflect.
A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product. The following are not regarded as defects: normal wear and tear, damage from negligence or incorrect use, damage from electrical surges, or damage from failure to care for the product adequately.
If you receive a defective product, notify us within 7 working days of delivery. Once validated, we will repair, replace, or credit/refund you within 8 days.
From time to time ClayHouseOffice will run promotions on selected products or site-wide. Each promotion will have specific terms and conditions. Promo-code discounts apply to physical products only — they do not apply to digital lookbooks or gift vouchers.
If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain valid to the maximum possible extent. This Agreement may be assigned by ClayHouseOffice in its sole discretion in the event of a merger or acquisition. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
